I was making a film poster using photoshop last week, using a picture of a forest in the dark and using dafont.com for the font for the title and sub-heading of the film.

We also learned the types of typeface: Serif, Sans Serif and Script.

Common serif typefaces include Times New Roman, Georgia and Garamond.

Common sans serif typefaces include Arial, Verdana and Futura.

There are two types of Script: formal and informal.

Common sans serif typefaces include Arial, Verdana and Futura.

Casual scripts, or informal scripts, are just that: less formal script typefaces that look more like everyday handwriting.
